The 22nd George Old Car Show, driven by Oakhurst Insurance Company Ltd, will take place at PW Botha College in York Street, George on 10 – 11 February 2018. This is entertainment for the whole family!
Annually, more than 12 000 visitors flock to George to be a part of this quintessential show in the South African old car fraternity, and the event has proven to be a flagship event not only for George and South Africa, but also for the international participation.
The special focus of the 2018 show will be an exhibition of British manufactured vehicles in the main arena.
Members of numerous clubs from around the country will display their vehicles. Also on show will be vintage tractors, farm implements and static engines. New car dealers will exhibit their latest models, classic cars will be on auction and a large number of miniature models will be on display and or for sale.
The aim of the show is to once again provide visitors with the opportunity to admire and reminisce about the vehicles they remember from their childhood, and the objective is to provide a most enjoyable show for all.
